SBE chairman and CEO Sam Nazarian has joined forces with author and life coach Tony Robbins to launch The Estate, a hotel brand focused on preventative medicine and longevity.
At the heart of The Estate's concept is a partnership with Fountain Life, a company co-founded by Robbins that specializes in disease detection and prevention. Fountain Life's centers in Florida, Texas and New York offer services such as full-body MRI scans, AI-enabled coronary CT scans, genome sequencing and advanced blood diagnostics.
The Estate plans to open 15 hotels and residences, along with 10 urban preventative-medicine centers, by 2030. The first four hotels are slated to debut in 2026 in St. Kitts, the U.K., northern Italy and Montreux, Switzerland, with additional locations planned for Miami and the Gulf Cooperation Council region.
The brand's first longevity and preventative-medicine center is expected to open in Los Angeles at Century Plaza in the second half of next year.
According to SBE, The Estate ultimately aims to become "the world's biggest network of longevity-focused resorts and residential projects."
In select cities, The Estate will partner with the Swiss medi-spa brand Clinique La Prairie on additional services.
The concept is slated to benefit from the backing of both Grammy-winning entertainer Marc Anthony, who became an equity partner in SBE earlier this year, and business magnate Richard Attias.
The Estate's launch follows SBE's recent debut of the HQ lifestyle brand, developed in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, in January. The first HQ hotels are expected to open in Detroit and Montreux, Switzerland.
