The Waldorf Astoria New York will begin accepting reservations on Dec. 10 for stays starting this spring.

The move comes after multiple timeline adjustments for the landmark Manhattan property, which closed in 2017 for what was originally expected to be a two- to three-year renovation. The hotel announced a targeted spring 2025 reopening this past fall.

Following its revamp, the Waldorf Astoria New York will be home to 375 hotel rooms, with the majority of accommodations exceeding 570 square feet. The property will also house 375 residences.

Chef Michael Anthony will helm the hotel's all-day restaurant, Lex Yard, a two-story American brasserie. Lex Yard will join the brand's signature Peacock Alley lounge and bar.

Other amenities include a 30,000-square-foot spa and fitness center and 43,000 square feet of event space, including a grand ballroom.

Waldorf Astoria is part of Hilton's luxury brand portfolio.
