A Six Senses mountain resort is coming to Colorado.

Expected to open in 2028, the property will be located just above Telluride, in the town of Mountain Village. The resort will feature 77 guestrooms and 24 branded residences as well as multiple food and beverage venues, a rooftop pool, retail areas and conference space.

The property's Six Senses Spa Telluride will offer a range of wellness facilities, including single and double treatment rooms, a sauna, a hammam and a cryotherapy bath.

Guests will have access to an on-site Experiences Team, who will be available to help plan hiking, biking, fishing, rafting and destination dining experiences. In the winter, the Six Senses Telluride will provide ski concierge services.

Six Senses, an IHG luxury brand, is expected to open its first U.S. hotels in 2026 with the Six Senses Napa and Six Senses South Carolina Islands.

The Six Senses portfolio currently comprises 27 hotels and resorts.
