The Venetian Resort Las Vegas will add a food hall, Via Via, in mid-2025.
A diverse collection of eateries found in New York, Los Angeles and other cities will be offered. The vibe of the new area, adjacent to the resort's Grand Colonnade, will seek to evoke the streets of Venice.
"We've carefully curated some of the most highly regarded culinary concepts from across the country to create a true sense of discovery for our guest," said Patrick Nichols, president and CEO of the Venetian. "Imagine strolling through the streets of Italy, discovering incredible street food crafted by award-winning chefs, all in one vibrant neighborhood. That's the experience we aim to deliver with Via Via."
What to eat
Guests can look for All'Antico Vinaio, a shop begun by the Mazzanti family in Florence in 1991, featuring Tuscan flatbread sandwiches.
Howlin' Ray's, its Nashville hot chicken served in Los Angeles since 2015, will be in Via Via. So will Scarr's Pizza, established in 2016 by Scarr Pimentel in New York City.
B.S. Taqueria, founded by chef Ray Garcia, will offer twists on tacos such as chili-rubbed al pastor made with cauliflower roasted over a wood-fired grill. And Ivan Ramen will serve "playful izakaya-style plates that reflect the fun, adventurous spirit of Japanese dining."
James Beard Award-nominated chef and author Mason Hereford will bring two New Orleans hot spots to Las Vegas. Turkey and the Wolf's signature dishes will include a double-decker braised collard green sandwich and an empanada stuffed with chicken pot pie served with tarragon buttermilk. Molly's Rise and Shine will serve up roasted carrot yogurt and biscuit sandwiches, among other breakfast items.
