IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to bring a trio of luxury and lifestyle hotels to Turks and Caicos' Grace Bay Beach in 2027.

The three hotels will be in close proximity to one another and will fly the InterContinental, Kimpton and Hotel Indigo flags.

The InterContinental Turks & Caicos will be a seven-story, beachfront property featuring 59 accommodations, a ground-floor restaurant and bar, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a Club InterContinental lounge.

The 192-room Kimpton Turks & Caicos will offer three outdoor pools, a spa, a fitness center and seven dining options, including a beachfront restaurant, a rooftop bar, an ice cream and coffee parlor, and a ground-floor restaurant and lobby bar.

The 56-room Hotel Indigo Turks & Caicos will be home to a restaurant, a lobby bar and coffee shop, an outdoor pool and a fitness room.

The hotels will be the first in Turks and Caicos for all three IHG brands.
