Reservations are now open for Mexico's Kimpton Tres Rios, which is set to open as Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants' inaugural all-inclusive resort in early 2025.
Located near Playa del Carmen, the 326-acre Riviera Maya resort will be managed by Playa Hotels & Resorts. The property is a revamp of the former Hacienda Tres Rios Resort.

The Kimpton Tres Rios will be home to 355 rooms and suites, including adults-only and oceanview swim-out options.
On the culinary front, the property will offer seven restaurants and five bars and lounges. Notable dining concepts will include Kotori, featuring Asian fusion, and Sabina, which promises to offer a modern take on traditional Mexican fare.
The resort will also have four swimming pools, a fitness center and a spa, which will specialize in Indigenous-inspired treatments, including a traditional temazcal ritual.
Opening rates at the Kimpton Tres Rios start at $249 per person per night.
The property will grow Playa Hotels & Resorts' portfolio to 24 resorts across Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.
It will also join Kimpton's stable of more than 75 lifestyle hotels globally. Kimpton is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts' luxury and lifestyle brand portfolio.
