Pandaw River Cruises will launch a new ship in South India in fall 2025.

The Kochi Pandaw will sail the backwaters of Kerala, operating seven-night cruises round trip from Kochi.

Cruises will visit towns and villages in remote areas, cruising 550 miles of waterways that connect both rivers and lakes in the region.

The Kochi Pandaw will have ten cabins and will feature the line's signature wraparound promenade decks.

This will be Pandaw’s fourth ship in India, where the line says demand for river cruises has been increasing. Pandaw said it anticipates that cruises in Kerala will prompt guests to pair the route with other cruises it currently offers on the Ganges or the Brahmaputra.

Guests can expect visits to ancient churches, Hindu temples, artisan villages and taking in the sights of the beaches along the Malabar coast.

Departures begin in October 2025 and fares start at $2,800 per person, double. Meals and excursions are included.
