Holland America Line will offer an all-inclusive fare that includes shore excursions, beverages, specialty dining and WiFi.

Called the Have It All package, it will be available on all itineraries of six days or longer except Grand Voyages and is available to book starting April 21.

Holland America says the fare's value is $99 per guest, per day for a seven-day cruise and represents savings of 50% or more on the included amenities compared to purchasing them individually.

Gus Antorcha, president of Holland America, said that the line conducted extensive research with experienced cruisers and travel advisors to find out what they find most valuable when purchasing a cruise.

"The results overwhelmingly pointed toward one simple fare that included our top amenities," he said in a statement. "Our past promotions that offered these perks have been extremely popular, so we created a premium package that is available all the time and on nearly all our cruises."

Have It All fare amenities increase with the length of the cruise. Each guest in a cabin must book the Have it All cruise fare to receive the extras.

• Cruises of six to nine days includes one shore excursion of up to $100 value or $100 off any one tour for all guests in a cabin; the Signature Beverage Package of wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, soda, coffee and more, up to 15 drinks per day, plus bar service charges; one specialty dining meal; and a WiFi package.

• Cruises of 10 to 20 days include an additional $100 shore excursion or tour credit and two specialty dining meals.

• Cruises of 21 days or more, excluding Grand Voyages, include a third $100 shore excursion or tour credit and three specialty dining meals.

Holland America is the second premium cruise line to launch a more inclusive fare during the global cruise shutdown.

Celebrity Cruises in November launched what it calls Always Included pricing, which includes drinks, WiFi and gratuities in its base cruise fare, and the option to upgrade to one of two higher-level price packages that add inclusions such as shore excursions, onboard credits, premium liquors and streaming WiFi.

Unlike Celebrity's program, Holland America will still offer a base fare without any of the inclusions.
