Epic Universe, the new theme park at Universal Orlando Resort, will officially open on May 22, 2025.
Some multiday tickets and packages will go on sale Oct. 22, the first phase of ticket sales for Epic Universe. Travel advisors will have access to sell tickets and packages at the same time as consumers, Universal said.
Multiday tickets and packages include three, four or five days of admission to Universal Orlando parks. They all include one day of admission to Epic Universe (guests can opt to visit Epic Universe any one day of their stay). For the remainder of days, guests will have access to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. Guests may add on tickets to the Universal Volcano Bay waterpark.
For example, a three-day ticket package that includes Epic Universe would total $352 to $521 per person, depending on dates.
Universal's ticket-selling strategy is designed to manage the anticipated high demand for Epic Universe and ensure a good guest experience, Universal said.
Also on Oct. 22, travel advisors and consumers will have two other options that include access to Epic Universe: Create Your Own Vacation Package and a 2025 Unlimited Plus Ticket.
With Create Your Own Vacation Package, guests can save money (up to $200 on a seven-night stay) by bundling Universal hotel stays of two nights or longer with one of the multiday ticket options that include access to Epic Universe.
To receive that maximum level of savings, guest can opt for a seven-night package that includes seven hotel nights at one of Universal Orlando's 11 resorts; early park admission for Epic Universe, Volcano Bay and either Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure; and a five-day ticket with four days of access to Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay, plus a single day of access to Epic Universe.
The 2025 Unlimited Plus Ticket is available for visits next year. It includes 14 days of access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay, plus a single day of admission to Epic Universe.
Reservations will open for the Universal Helios Grand Hotel on Oct. 22 for stays beginning on May 22. The 500-room Loews hotel will feature an entrance to Epic Universe and offer park views. As previously announced, Epic Universe hotels Stella Nova and Terra Luna will open Jan. 21 and Feb. 25, respectively.
On Oct. 24, annual passholders will have a chance to purchase single-day tickets.
Other ticketing options, like single-day tickets for the general public, more multiday ticket options, Florida resident tickets and Universal Express passes will go on sale at a later date, but before the park opens.
Epic Universe will contain five worlds: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter -- Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk and Dark Universe
In total, it will have more than 50 experiences, from attractions to dining.
Universal has positioned the park as a catalyst for weeklong visits to Universal Orlando.
"This is such a pivotal moment for our destination, and we're thrilled to welcome guests to Epic Universe next year," Universal Orlando Resort president and COO Karen Irwin said. "With the addition of this spectacular new theme park, our guests will embark on an unforgettable vacation experience with a week's worth of thrills that will be nothing short of epic! Our universe will never be the same."
