It's easy to lose sight of the idea that most people are coming to experience the city, not the hotel (and certainly not the flight), so there should be at least as much effort put into planning what happens outside the hotel. 

This is where the visitor experience can be customized and turned into a magical and unforgettable and authentic experience.
